Support never replied
Used Kraken for a larger trade. Fees on withdrawal were far higher than expected. Support never responded to my ticket. Disappointed overall. Setup took less than ten minutes.

Fine for the basics
Have a Kraken account for trading. The app works but advanced charting is limited. Spreads can widen during volatile periods. I’d give it three and a half if I could. Friend recommended it to me.
