Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Fourseek (the “platform”). By accessing the platform or submitting content, you agree to them.

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Fourseek, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these terms.

2. What the platform does

Fourseek aggregates and verifies reviews of financial products and presents a combined TrustScore for each provider. We collect ratings from public sources and from users, and we apply a verification process to reviews submitted with proof of interaction. You can read how scores are calculated on our methodology page.

3. Review-content rules

When you submit a review or other content, you agree that it:

  • is genuine and based on your own real experience with the product or provider;
  • is not false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful;
  • is not spam, advertising, or posted in exchange for undisclosed incentives;
  • does not contain personal data of others or confidential information you are not entitled to share; and
  • does not infringe the intellectual-property or other rights of any third party.

4. Licence to publish

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting it, you grant Fourseek a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, publish and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the platform. Any proof of interaction you upload is excluded from publication and is used only to verify authenticity.

5. Moderation

We may review, decline to publish, or remove content that breaches these terms or our guidelines — for example spam, personal data, or demonstrably fake or defamatory material. We do not remove genuine reviews simply because they are critical, and no payment or plan can buy their removal. Providers may reply to reviews and flag content for moderation.

6. Scores are informational, not advice

TrustScores, reviews and other information on Fourseek are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice. They are not a recommendation to use or avoid any product or provider. You should do your own research and seek professional advice before making financial decisions.

7. No affiliation with listed brands

Fourseek is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the brands or providers listed on the platform. Trademarks, logos and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the information is complete, accurate or up to date. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fourseek and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing jurisdiction], and the courts of [Competent venue] shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are provided as a general template. Bracketed items such as [Governing jurisdiction] must be completed by the operator, and the terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before publication.
