Money held for days
My experience with Paytm went downhill. My account was restricted with no clear reason. Cannot recommend right now. Been a customer for a couple of years.

Works for me
I use Paytm for a few specific things. Some actions trigger extra verification. It works well but support is chat-only and slow. I’d give it three and a half if I could. Setup took less than ten minutes.
