Avoid if you rely on it

I was a happy Alior Bank customer until recently. Getting a human in chat took days of bot loops. My account was suddenly locked for a “review” for over a week. Will think twice before relying on it. Switched from a traditional provider.

Works, but pricey

I use Alior Bank for a few specific things. The free tier is fine but the premium plans feel pricey. Cash deposits are awkward compared to a branch. Fine for now.

Support kaum erreichbar

Nutzte Alior Bank für mein Gehaltskonto. Mein Konto wurde plötzlich für eine „Prüfung“ gesperrt. Meine Karte wurde im Ausland ohne Vorwarnung gesperrt. Bin jetzt auf der Suche nach Alternativen.

Hatte hohe Erwartungen an Alior Bank. Geld wurde bei einer Überweisung ohne Erklärung zurückgehalten. Eine Zahlung schlug fehl und die Hilfe in der App war nutzlos. Werde es mir zweimal überlegen.
