Support is impossible to reach
I really wanted to like Bank Pekao. My account was suddenly locked for a “review” for over a week. A payment failed and the in-app help was useless. Will think twice before relying on it.

Be careful
I expected more from Bank Pekao. A payment failed and the in-app help was useless. Getting a human in chat took days of bot loops. Cannot recommend right now. Been a customer for a couple of years.

Solid with caveats
I’ve used Bank Pekao on and off. App is occasionally slow to load balances. The free tier is fine but the premium plans feel pricey. Fine for now. Used across two countries so far.

Mostly fine
