Account frozen without warning
I expected more from ČSOB. Funds were held during a transfer with no explanation. A payment failed and the in-app help was useless. Looking for alternatives.

Went downhill
Opened a ČSOB account for my salary. Getting a human in chat took days of bot loops. Cannot recommend right now. Been a customer for a couple of years.
