Money held for days
Counted on Venmo for something time-sensitive. A refund took far longer than it should have. The payment got stuck and support went silent. Looking for alternatives. Switched from a traditional provider.

Keep some money in Venmo. Limits on the free plan are a bit low. It works well but support is chat-only and slow. I’d give it three and a half if I could.
