Tried VPBank as a second account. The free tier is fine but the premium plans feel pricey. The core experience is good but phone support is missing. I’d give it three and a half if I could.

Almost there
I’ve used VPBank on and off. App is occasionally slow to load balances. Cash deposits are awkward compared to a branch. I’d give it three and a half if I could.

I really wanted to like VPBank. Getting a human in chat took days of bot loops. My account was suddenly locked for a “review” for over a week. Disappointed overall.
